Concerto will be carrying out important maintenance on their platform.
During the scheduled maintenance window, Concerto may be temporarily unavailable or you may experience intermittent availability. While Concerto aim to minimise impact and restore full service as quickly as possible, you should plan for up to 6 hours of disruption within the stated timeframe.
Please ensure you are logged out prior to the maintenance window. If you remain logged in, any data created or modified during this time cannot be guaranteed to be saved.

For account unlocking, to report a system issue, or to raise a request please use the following methods to contact the NYC Service Centre:
- Internal users: Please use GetITHelp - Concerto - self service or telephone ext. 2020 option 2
- External users: Please email ServiceCentre@northyorks.gov.uk or telephone on (01609) 532020.
Reminder - If you do not login to Concerto for 90 days your account will be deactivated, you will then need to contact the Service Centre to regain access
