Due to a planned system upgrade, Concerto will be offline for some or all of the time stated above.

Please do not use the application during this time as any data entered or actions carried out are unlikely to be saved.

Any issues found after the downtime window should be reported to GetITHelp.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

For account unlocking, to report a system issue, or to raise a request please use the following methods to contact the NYC Service Centre:

  1. Internal users: Please use GetITHelp - Concerto - self service or telephone ext. 2020 option 2
  2. External users: Please email ServiceCentre@northyorks.gov.uk or telephone on (01609) 532020.

Reminder - If you do not login to Concerto for 90 days your account will be deactivated, you will then need to contact the Service Centre to regain access

Do not attempt to access any NYC Systems, computer or network unless you're an authorised user. Attempting to access a system to which you have no authorised right of access is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Remember Data Protection is a legal requirement.
