For account unlocking, to report a system issue, or to raise a request please use the following methods to contact the NYC Service Centre:

  1. Internal users: Please use GetITHelp - Concerto - self service or telephone ext. 2020 option 2
  2. External users: Please email ServiceCentre@northyorks.gov.uk or telephone on (01609) 532020.

Reminder - If you do not login to Concerto for 90 days your account will be deactivated, you will then need to contact the Service Centre to regain access

Do not attempt to access any NYC Systems, computer or network unless you're an authorised user. Attempting to access a system to which you have no authorised right of access is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Remember Data Protection is a legal requirement.
